Sean Sutton has been a top producing sales agent across multiple industries throughout his career, along with establishing multiple successful startups. He’s always known that once he gets his hands on something, he can turn it to gold. But it wasn’t until 2013, when he became a real estate agent that Sean found his true calling, training new realtors in sales and helping them find their pot of gold, too.

He quickly became a “Mega Agent” at Keller Williams Realty Association, selling more than 10 million dollars worth of real estate in one year. It didn't take him much longer to earn the most prestigious honor given at Keller Williams, the Eagle Award. This lifetime achievement is given to an agent that possesses leadership through service, courage through adversity and integrity in all things.


Sean has proved himself over and over again as a leader in sales, but he has found that above all else, he is most passionate about helping other realtors. It’s why he created FORE Institute, to share his knowledge with new and re-committed real estate agents. Sean believes that any agent who follows the Fore Institute’s proven methods will succeed.


When he is not selling homes or training agents, Sean enjoys camping, hiking and fishing with his wife and spending time with his four grown children, grandson and granddaughter. You may also see him walking his two labradors, Mack and Mae.
